1. Courier Partner

We ship all orders using The Courier Guy, a trusted delivery service across South Africa and internationally through their global partners.

2. Shipping Timeframes

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • South Africa: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 24 to 72 hours (1–3 business days), depending on your location.

  • International: Delivery usually takes up to 15 business days, depending on your country and local customs processes.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • Free or promotional shipping may apply during special offers.

4. Delivery Areas

  • We deliver nationwide within South Africa.

  • We also ship internationally. Please note that delivery times may vary by country.

5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country.

  • The Clarity Space cannot predict or control these costs, and they are not included in your order total.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your delivery through The Courier Guy’s tracking system (and their international partners for global orders).

7. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

  • The Clarity Space is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, courier issues, customs delays, or events outside of our control.

  • If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us at hello@theclarityspace.co.za, and we will assist in resolving the issue with The Courier Guy.
