1. When will my pre-order ship?
All pre-ordered planners will be shipped in November. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
2. How long does delivery take once my order is shipped?

South Africa: 24–72 hours (1–3 business days) via The Courier Guy.

International: Up to 15 business days, depending on your country and local customs processes.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide 🌍. Please note that international orders may take up to 15 business days to arrive and may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns on physical planners within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging. Digital downloads are non-refundable. To start a return, please email us at hello@theclarityspace.co.za.
5. Can I cancel or change my order after purchasing?
If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order is processed or shipped, we cannot make changes.
6. Do you offer refunds?
Yes, refunds are available on returned items (within the 30-day return window) once they are received and inspected. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email from The Courier Guy (and their international partners for global orders).
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments through credit/debit cards, EFT, and other methods provided at checkout.
9. Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes! If you’d like to order planners in bulk for your team, company, or event, please email us at hello@theclarityspace.co.za for special pricing and details.
